1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the StayFlow PG Management platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

StayFlow provides property management, resident record-keeping, automated invoicing, bed allocation, and complaint tracking tools for PG owners, hostel managers, and co-living operators.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your admin or staff accounts. You agree to ensure that tenant KYC documents collected comply with applicable local privacy regulations.

4. Payment & Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually according to your selected plan (Starter, Growth, Scale). Failure to renew subscription plans may lead to restricted access to administration features.
